Processing Charges:  
Cut, Packed and frozen  $20.00 per sheep
Basic Processing Includes:
  • Leg Roasts
  • Shoulder Roasts - or Chops
  • Loin Chops
  • Flaps - Packed
  • Racks if requested - reduces loin chops

All chops come frozen freeflow in resealable bags

Seasoned Flaps: $1.00 extra
Rolled Seasoned Roasts: $3.00 extra
Diced or Steak: $3.00 extra
Mutton Hams: $12.00 per leg
